38 year old patient with twin pregnancy , resulting in extensive mucscle laxity and protruding abdomen.

She also suffered from extensive stretchmarks on her abdominal skin.

The patient desired breast augmentation with a full, natural look.
During her preoperative consultation it turned out that she was very fixed on having anatomical silicone implants, since she was under the impression that this would give her the most natural look.

This is a common misunderstanding.
In certain cases, especially when the breast is relatively “bottom-heavy” preoperatively, round implants, especially those of a moderate profile, can be far better.

We used 365cc moderate plus profile round implants and achieved a natural, yet full result.

Liposuction gallery case 1

The patient suffered from extensive lipolymphedema concentrating on the outer thighs.
She was not grossly overweight, but the gross excess of tissue in the lower body parts distorted her self-image.

We performed Body Jet liposculpture with removal of a total of 2800 cc of pure fat.
Smartlipo endolaser liposuction was added for the superficial layers to prevent skin sagginess.

The procedure was performed under local anesthetic with mild sedation, the patient was discharged the same day.
The reduction of circumference in each leg exceeded 4 cm.

As frequent in lipolymphedema, a moderate amount of soft tissue excess prevailed, and we considered a second session, however, the patient was extremely pleased with the outcome of her session so she did not want any further refinements.
