Facelift

Facelift is a surgical technique used to improve the appearance of the face.

The facelift seeks to counteract the effects of gravity and aging on the face, and creates a more youthful look.

Some changes in the aging face causing patients to seek facelift surgery are also caused by loss of volume in the face.

In these cases the facelift can be combined with a special fat micrografting technique (Voluma facelift) to restore facial volume and appearence.

Our surgeons use the advanced micro grafting technique to harvest best quality fat grafts, mostly combined with PRP (platelet enriched plasma taken from your own blood)

In combination with minimally invasive laser techniques significant facial rejuvenation can sometimes be achieved without any scars (scar free facelift).
This scar free facelift technique is also known as Voluma facelift.

The Voluma facelift has made scars and long recovery unnecessary in many cases

If scars are necessary, our surgeons use a variety of scar sparing techniques to perform a successful face lift procedure, mostly the MACS facelift technique.

Currently about 60 % of facelift patients consulting our Marbella clinic qualify for a scar free facelift (Voluma).
This is an ambulatory day case procedure under local anesthetic .

Cirumed Clinic Marbella uses the third generation 3D Photo mirror programme for a realistic result of any cosmetic surgery.
